Welcome to the Superintendent Effectiveness Series

This video provides an overview of the Superintendent Effectiveness Series – a leader-scholar community for new and experienced KY superintendents.  The series is intended for use as a professional learning community by and for superintendents and is based on KY’s pilot Next-Gen Superintendent Effectiveness Standards (NxGSES).
